Una seconda specializzazione in psicoterapia: un lusso o un’occasione di crescita personale e professionale?

SIAB propone da anni a Roma e a Milano un percorso di formazione dedicato a chi è già specializzata/o in psicoterapia con altro orientamento.

La proposta risponde alla grande motivazione all’aggiornamento, alla ricerca, alla formazione che il “popolo” di psicologhe e psicologi mostrano da sempre.

Ma c’è di più.

Almeno un paio di considerazioni dimostrano la necessità di implementare il proprio bagaglio professionale, la c. d. borsa degli attrezzi dello psicoterapeuta.

La prima è la complessità dell’organizzazione sociale attuale che comporta la modificazione della domanda di psicoterapia. È esperienza comune oltre che risultato di ricerche demoscopiche recenti, che i pazienti arrivano in studio, quando arrivano, con un’aspettativa di risolvere il tema che propongono come se entrassero in un pit stop di formula uno: cambio gomme e pieno in pochi secondi per tornare il più presto possibile in pista e correre, correre spesso senza sapere perché? come tanti Forrest Gump.

La seconda considerazione è che, dopo un primo periodo, successivo alla prima specializzazione, ci si accorge che gli strumenti a disposizione non bastano per far fronte alla pluralità di richieste dei propri pazienti e che la tipologia di domanda di intervento è cambiata rispetto a quella sperimentata ai tempi della prima specializzazione. E così alla noia di dire sempre le stesse cose si aggiunge la frustrazione dello spiazzamento da un nuovo atteggiamento dei pazienti derivante da una società sempre meno incline a riflettere e sempre più mordi e fuggi.

Com’è noto, l’Analisi Bioenergetica è una psicoterapia a mediazione corporea, fondata in America a partire dagli anni cinquanta da Alexander Lowen di cui nel 2018 ricorre il decennale della sua morte, brillante allievo di Wilhem Reich.

Lowen, basandosi sulla tesi dell’identità funzionale tra l’atteggiamento fisico di una persona e la struttura del suo Io, sottolinea come l’organismo umano funzioni come un tutto e i versanti psichico e somatico sono solo funzioni apparentemente indipendenti ma di fatto strettamente correlate all’attività energetica globale dell’organismo-persona.

Com’è evidente in tutte le teorie di psicologia dello sviluppo prima della parola tutta l’esperienza si struttura nel corpo. È evidente anche il nesso con il processo primario di cui parlava Freud.

L’Analisi Bioenergetica è bi-composta: è Analisi nel senso neo-freudiano e relazionale ed è bioenergetica nel senso che il lavoro in terapia parte dal corpo per far emergere il materiale psichico presente nel corpo per trattarlo con l’analisi.

È facile notare come c’è già tutto quello che oggi è ridefinito come olistico, corporeo, integrato, a mediazione corporea, somato-psichico etc. Infatti, spesso, l’orientamento “logo-terapico” riscopre la necessità di andare più in profondità e cerca di includere, nel proprio approccio, spezzoni di esperienza corporea. La differenza è che qui abbiamo l’originale loweniano con una coerenza interna sia nella teoria sia nella teoria della tecnica.

La bioenergetica, lavorando sui blocchi muscolari, scioglie i nodi fisici e fa emergere quelli psichici permettendo il procedere della terapia, la ricarica energetica e la risoluzione del disagio. Ecco, quindi, che una seconda specializzazione in Analisi Bioenergetica permette di espandere il proprio bagaglio professionale integrando approcci, strumenti, tecniche con la prospettiva che la persona “paziente” e la persona “terapeuta” sono uno di fronte all’altro come soggetti interi e integrati: corpo, mente, cuore e non solo con il linguaggio.

Questo percorso così come progettato e realizzato è insieme una crescita personale e uno sviluppo professionale. Due aspetti della stessa medaglia.

Un investimento che ha ricadute positive su entrambi i fronti perché, come psicoterapeuti, possiamo portare i nostri pazienti solo fino al confine che noi stessi abbiamo raggiunto.
